At Umberto Giannini, we want you to love your curls and hair care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Products
Ensure the items are securely packaged in their original boxes; products must be at least 50% full to qualify for a return.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
